The Illinois Coalition Against Sexual Assault (ICASA) is a unified network of rape crisis centers, envisioning a world free of sexual violence.
ICASA is a not-for-profit corporation of 30 community-based sexual assault crisis centers working together to end sexual violence. Each center provides 24-hour crisis intervention services, counseling and advocacy for victims of sexual assault and their significant others. Each center presents prevention education programs in Illinois schools and communities.

GRANTS MANAGER - PROGRAMMATIC Review and evaluate funding applications. Prepare reports, forms, correspondence and summary charts. Provide on-site program monitoring, technical assistance, program development and training for 30 programs. Assess compliance with service standards/funding contracts, staff committee/board meetings. Assist with policy development and implementation. Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience in human services organizations with emphasis in counseling, social work and/or program management. Have minimum of 1-year experience in counseling social work and/or program management. Possess ability to evaluate service delivery, provide training and technical assistance in oral and written communication. Be familiar with sexual assault issues from a feminist perspective. TRAINING INSTITUTE DIRECTOR The Training Institute Director participates in planning and providing training and technical assistance for the rape crisis center workers throughout Illinois. The Director oversees the development of training curriculum and resources for the rape crisis centers to assist their daily work serving victims, participates in on-going evaluation of training needs and adapts the training schedule and materials to meet those needs.
